Final Mingus Freehike

Sunday afternoon (12/4/2016) was quite warm (over 60 degrees), so after getting off work early, I had time to enjoy an hour freehike on the Mingus Freehikng Trail.  The weather was nice, and the temperature fine, but I hiked through about an inch of snow.  Mine were the only prints, aside from a few animals.  I’m convinced that being naked is warmer than being clothed, despite the temperature, as long as the weather is nice.  However, It does look like the season is essentially over for this beautiful, seldom used trail.
