“. . . if you are having an 'internal battle' with
your own nakedness then you are probably either underestimating what you look
like or over estimating what other people look like naked. The one truth is that the physical variations
in the appearance of the naked body is only outnumbered by the number of actual
people alive today. Who has got the
'perfect' body? Who has got the 'right' body for their age or nationality? . .
. the naked human form is NOT perfect, it is not unique, it is not either the
best or worst that has ever been seen before. . . The one surprising
realization that dawns on many people in naturist/nudist situations is that
there are no badges of class or personal achievement, there are no trends of
fashion or finance to segregate people into groups or types. The openness and informality of being naked
is a great leveler and opportunity to actually get to know people even more
easily than in any other situation. . . socializing naked with other naked
people is probably as easy and normal as it gets! So cover up those fears and trepidations,
shake off all the preconditioning that society (and possibly your family)
taught you, smile and bare all, just be yourself!” – Patrick Thompson, http://www.naktiv.net/blog/1133/just-be-yourself/
“. . . whenever you get naked in a naturist
environment, your social life will get better, your like will be funnier and
lighter, and you will feel much, much appreciated.” - https://nuetheureux.wordpress.com/2015/06/29/5-ways-nudism-will-enhance-your-social-life/
“While nudity was not practiced at home, we had only
one bathroom so it was not unusual to see Mom or Dad going from their bedroom
to the bathroom unclothed. No one was
overly shy or embarrassed; it was just no big deal in our house. Later, I attended college in San Diego and
went along with friends to Black’s Beach.
From my first time there, I loved it!
Since I have never had any reservations about nudity. I’m not sure what I could tell someone about
their first time other than just do it!
It's the greatest feeling!” – Lisa, https://socalnaturist.org/membership/womenspeak.php
“We stripped off as soon as possible and stashed out
clothes in the rocks . . . and set off along the beach towards Lavernock. It was pretty difficult to avoid the other
beach users, so we just went for it and enjoyed the exposure. . . it certainly
amused a few of the textiles that we walked past. We continued past the point and walked on
toward Penarth, where the beach was much quieter, with just a couple of dog
walkers, one of whom (a woman in her 50’s) stopped to have a chat with us. She seemed to think it was a nice idea to
walk naked and congratulated us on our bravery! . . . We both really enjoyed
the total exposure and we had no problems with the textiles.” - https://nakedwalker200.wordpress.com/2013/05/
