QUOTES 11/7/2017

“I discovered that most parks have a volleyball court, which apparently is the national nudist sport.  Be it on asphalt, or beach sand, or in the water, there is always a game going on.  What I discovered is that, once started, playing sports while nude is hard to stop.  And no sweaty clothes afterwards!  The sun, the grass, and the new friends are all important to me now as they are the perfect way to help me recharge my internal batteries whenever I need it.  So if you come looking for me, try the volleyball area.” – Beverly, https://socalnaturist.org/membership/womenspeak.php

“Clothes are frequently worn to communicate something, though not necessarily truthfully . . .” - https://naturistphilosopher.wordpress.com/2013/12/13/are-you-a-naked-person/

“My wife and I were looking for a way to ease into our first clothing optional experience so we decided to visit Chozu Bath & Tea Gardens in Ashland, Oregon. . . We are very comfortable with nudity around our home and in private settings, but this was our first time in a group setting.  Chozu is in a renovated house that contains a small lobby, massage rooms, and a small restaurant.  The bath gardens are behind the house and are very private from neighboring homes and buildings.  The Japanese-inspired . . . gardens are clothing optional . . . you are given a ‘koshimaki’ to wear in liew of a bathing suit.  The koshimaki is a loose fitting Japanese-style wrap, which allows for a ‘near nude’ experience without actually being completely nude. . . we were joined by other guests – some wearing their wraps and others happy being nude.  We had a conversation with another woman in the sauna, all three of us completely nude and free. . . I thought Chozu was a great way . . . to try something new.  Being able to be nude and free feels great and it requires a tremendous amount of personal growth and confidence, both of which we have been trying to foster recently.” - https://ourclothingoptionaltrips.wordpress.com/2016/02/18/oregon-bath-garden-perfect-intro-for-nude-recreation/

“When you’re naked it’s really special, we forgot all the social class, all the differences.” - Cyril, http://en.rfi.fr/france/20161103-naturism-comes-out-closet-france

“I have never understood why there is such a taboo with cameras and nudity.  If people are nudists and think there is nothing wrong with being nude and most like to take pictures of events in our lives then why not when we are nude; but naturally of ourselves not random other people . . .” – JMNude, http://www.naturist-corner.net/community/index.php?topic=21450.0;topicseen
