August 8, 2016 - Amy and I spent the morning exploring the Mingus Mountain area in preparation for the NAV event the last week of September.  We freehiked a dirt road/trail at mile marker 348, at the north border of Prescott National Forest, just a few miles from Jerome.  This looks like a good area to stop for a nude picnic and freehike when canuding to Jerome.  We also visited the Mingus Mountain Recreation area, where we took some fantastic photos.  Tired, we didn’t go all the way to Jerome; maybe next time.  Here are some photos we took along the way.
