QUOTES 8/3/2017

“. . . children must know about the human body.  There is no need for warning labels for harmless, non-sexual nudity.  It’s part of how twisted society is.  Society gets offended over the human body because of brainwashing . . . Violence is not censored, which hurts, while nudity, which is harmless, is censored.  We need to turn this around. . . Non-sexual nudity is appropriate content for all ages, so let’s not put warning labels on them!” - https://rfgjga1992.wordpress.com/2016/04/28/lets-do-all-this-to-promote-nudism/

“Arkansas also has a law that specifically targets nudism on private property. . . so extreme that it is a crime to ‘advocate’ nudism.  You can be fined $2500 and spend a year in jail just for expressing a favorable opinion about nudism.  If you are thinking ‘But that violates free speech!’, you are absolutely correct. . . Arkansas law 5-68-204 violates the First Amendment for the following reasons:  It violates ‘free speech’ because a citizen is not permitted to express a favorable opinion about nudism.  It violates the ‘the right of the people peaceably to assemble’ because naturists are not allowed to gather together, even though they do so peacefully.  It infringes upon the right to ‘petition the Government for a redress of grievances’ because a citizen would risk fines and imprisonment just by trying to convince his/her elected representatives that nudism has benefits and should be legalized. . . It violates religious freedom because it ‘respects religious establishments’ which teach (or imply) that the human body is inherently sinful or shameful, and it ‘prohibits the free exercise of religions’ which incorporate nudism as a means to foster body acceptance and the belief that the human body is inherently good and natural.  Because the law applies to private property, Arkansas law 5-68-204 also violates the Fourth Amendment ‘right of the people to be secure in their persons, HOUSES, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches’.  Even if a citizen uses reasonable measures (privacy fencing, curtains & blinds, etc.) to ensure others are not offended, they are still breaking the law.  Finally, Arkansas law 5-68-204 violates the Fourteenth Amendment because nudists do not receive ‘equal protection of the laws’.  To the contrary, 5-68-204 specifically targets the Constitutional rights of nudists and naturists as described above.  In addition to being unconstitutional, Arkansas law 5-68-204 is just plain absurd.  The penalties for ‘advocating’ nudism are $2500 and 1 year in prison.  Penalties for actually ‘participating’ in prostitution (AR 5-70-102) are $1000 and 90 days.” - https://clothesfreelife.com/2016/04/19/unnatural-and-unconstitutional-in-the-natural-state/

Best Nude Beaches in Europe - “Plag de Tahiti (St. Tropez, France) . . . beach is located on the French Riviera's warm Mediterranean shoreline with its beautiful white sand and turquoise water.  The beaches of St. Tropez are famous for pioneering the topless sunbathing craze of the '60s and are infamously popular among celebrities.” - http://www.experiencify.com/adventure/nude-adventures/european-nude-beaches/
