Sleeping Naked Thoughts – 2

The “Newd All Year Challenge” this month (January) is to sleep naked.  Here are a few thoughts that might help some accept this challenge.  (There were additional thoughts posted on this blog earlier, and I’ll probably post more tomorrow.)

“I sleep so much better nude than I ever could wearing clothes to bed (the concept of dressing for bed seems so odd to me).” – David Koss, https://thanakedi.com/2017/06/15/3-things-surrounding-nudism/

“In life, we have to wear clothes pretty much everywhere, so why wear them in the comfort of our homes while we sleep?” – Ally Fortis, https://allyfortis.wordpress.com/2017/06/03/5-reasons-to-sleep-naked-every-night/

“Sleeping naked is just as sensible as walking naked.” – Duane, http://freerangenaturism.com/forum/index.php?topic=960.0;topicseen

“. . . sleeping naked next to someone will make you happier, and therefore, healthier.” – Ally Fortis, https://allyfortis.wordpress.com/2017/06/03/5-reasons-to-sleep-naked-every-night/

“Sleeping naked allows your body to breathe better, which will therefore help you sleep much more deeply.” – Ally Fortis, https://allyfortis.wordpress.com/2017/06/03/5-reasons-to-sleep-naked-every-night/

“So, sleeping naked offers so many important health benefits, and it’s hard to argue with something that can make you feel better and healthier overall.” – Ally Fortis, https://allyfortis.wordpress.com/2017/06/03/5-reasons-to-sleep-naked-every-night/

“I love being naked.  If I’m home and no one is over, chances are I’m naked . . . I sleep naked every night and practice yoga naked every morning. . . I really just feel 100 percent more free when I am naked or in a sassy robe.  When I get home I like to drop my clothes immediately.  Sometimes I wonder if my neighbors know that five seconds after I close my door I transform into a naked wood nymph.” - Alexandra Bates, https://hellogiggles.com/lifestyle/naked-boosted-my-body-confidence/?platform=hootsuite

“Since I sleep nude, when I wake up I don't wear anything.  Morning coffee is much more relaxing. No clothes until I have to get dressed to depart for work.  During the weekend, I don't wear anything until I have to leave the house for groceries or errands.  The day is so much more comfortable beginning with coffee sans textiles.” – Tubadawg, http://w11.zetaboards.com/Nude_Sleepers_Forum/topic/8818458/1/

“It’s time to stop being clothes-minded when it comes to sleeping naked. – http://restonic.com/blog/pajamas-naked-sleep-23256

“. . . wearing any type of clothing to bed does pose some challenges and even risks.  Microbes from our skin cells can be transferred to fabric and could cause infections if they get into cuts.” – http://restonic.com/blog/pajamas-naked-sleep-23256

“I found sleeping nude much more comfortable since I was a kid.” – Colleen Coyne, http://restonic.com/blog/pajamas-naked-sleep-23256

“There’s lots of proof that better sleep leads to better food choices during the day – talk about the ultimate sleep diet.  And since you’re sleeping so much better naked, get ready for a buffer you.” – http://restonic.com/blog/6-scientific-reasons-sleep-nak ed-7832

“Some truths we hold to be self-evident.  Sleeping nude is one of the best.” – James Smith, http://restonic.com/blog/6-scientific-reasons-sleep-naked-7832

“You may feel more comfortable in your pajama at first but once you begin to sleep naked, you’ll find it’s easier to change positions (no shirt tugging at your neck or your pants twisted) and that you wake up feeling refreshed and relaxed. . . there’s no reason not to start tonight, right?” – http://restonic.com/blog/6-scientific-reasons-sleep-naked-7832

“Go to sleep with nothing between you and the sheets.  Multiple recent studies have linked weight gain and obesity to lack of sleep.  And one of the most popular ways that people are getting a better night’s sleep is by shedding their pajamas and inhibitions and reaping the rewards of increased comfort.” – Alexandra Schuttauf, http://restonic.com/blog/pajamas-naked-sleep-23256
