“Always paint nude.
Even did the back of the house nude.
The pool guy came a day early that week and caught me on a ladder
painting the trim. He came through the
gate and looked at me and said ‘you are painting naked’ and I answered ‘and you
are a day early’. We both laughed and
went about our business. When we moved
into the house the garage . . . needed a couple of coats of paint. My wife told me to pick out a shade of
white. So off I went to Home Depot and
pulled about eight paint chips. I
settled on one and turned it over to find the name of that particular shade of
white was NUDE. I knew I had made a wise
choice. . . When the guy behind the counter took the chip and asked what I
needed and what I was doing I told him I was painting the garage and thought
the Name of the color was amusing. He
looked at it and laughed and asked why.
I told him because that would be how I would be painting the garage. . .
When he had the paint mixed and was giving it to me he said he had heard
several other people say that they painted nude as well and he guessed it made
sense. I told him to try it sometime and
went to the check-out counter!” – Bareballing, https://www.truenudists.com/forum/viewthread.php?id=39291&page=1
“I don’t envy my wife or other women. The stigma tied to body shape and how a
‘good’ girl is supposed to act in public is overwhelming. . . These are
powerful mental roadblocks that some women will never overcome.” - https://ourclothingoptionaltrips.wordpress.com/2015/12/29/make-it-a-happy-nude-year-for-her/
“The weather has been amazing for the last
few weeks. It has been so warm that we
have pretty much spent all of our time at home and in the garden naked . . . We
have also been out a lot enjoying the sun and . . . walking naked. Marian came to stay with us for a few days to
spend some time being naked 24/7 (as her husband Drew is not a fan of
naturism), and we managed to do an amazing nude walk . . . Marian . . . has
become a real lover of naked walking . . . We set off from . . . Aberthaw . . .
We had a pretty uneventful walk along the beach here, only passing two dog
walkers, although we had to pass a few textiles as they walked down the beach,
and there were a few fishermen at the water. . . We continued on past
Tresillian Bay which was deserted, and on to St Donats, which wasn’t deserted
and we had to pass a few people out on the beach here, and we had a few
surprised looks as we walked past and said hello . . . The beach from St Donats
to Nash point is simply beautiful . . . so we really enjoyed this part of the
walk. . . We didn’t meet anyone on the beach itself . . . We walked on, . . .
until we got to the access point for Monknash beach. . . This is another
amazing place, with very dramatic scenery and is quite popular, . . . but
surprisingly the beach was almost empty.
We just walked on but ended up stopping to briefly talk to a M/F textile
couple in swimmers walking towards us who asked us what we were doing walking
naked on the beach. We explained that we
loved to walk naked on beaches, and that we had just walked naked all the way
from Aberthaw. . . We all had a dip in the sea to swim and cool off, then
headed back towards Dunraven Bay. We
passed two male walkers who were heading east (they had a good gawp at the
naked bloke with two naked women!) . . . The beach at the Dunraven bay end had
a few . . . naked people (men and women) in evidence, so we stretched out for a
well-deserved rest and more water before having another naked swim to cool
off. The tide was well on its way in by
now, so we packed up and (reluctantly) put on some clothes to head back up the
steep path back to the car, then home for some proper food and a well-deserved
glass of wine in the garden.” - https://nakedwalker200.wordpress.com/2014/07/01/fantastic-long-naked-walk-from-aberthaw-to-dunraven/
“Naturism is environmentally responsible – Like
environmentalists, naturists seek to preserve the natural character of
landscapes. Naturists leave a small
carbon footprint. They often ride bikes
and hike rather than drive motorized vehicles.
The overall message is ‘get nude and save the planet.’ They wear as little clothing as possible,
usually nothing at all when conditions allow, so less clothing is purchased,
washed, repaired, and replaced; less laundry soap, detergent, and chemicals are
used; and less storage space is required.
Without clothes, naturists tolerate warmer temperatures – less air
conditioning and other energy consumption.
So, naturism is good for the planet.
Instead, less responsible commercialism dominates modern society,
marketing cheap, fashionable clothing to be worn for a season and then
wastefully discarded. Development and
commercial exploitation put beaches, public areas, and the overall environment
at risk. These trends have real, FALSE
consequences for the planet.” – Ken
“It is a parent’s duty to endow their children with
the values that they feel are important.
We make many decisions for our children.
When we decide about their religious, educational, medical and cultural
directions, we do so in the belief that we are doing what is best for
them. Naturists believe that comfort
with nudity leads to a healthier self-image, strong self-esteem and,
eventually, a more normal sexuality. The
scientific evidence appears to support these beliefs.” - http://www.bareoaks.ca/index.php/en/about-naturism/children.html
